Because of AmIRC's output queue the lines of text are delayed too much for
popups and make them pretty useless. Have you ever watched AmIRC's output
from the other end i.e. a different server ? Before your popup gets there,
it's been crisscrossed by all sorts of other ppl's text. That is a shame,
because it doesn't allow for quick and snappy sports-results relay either
(in a live F1 channel for example).
I wished that output queue could be manipulated.
