I think you'll find you either need to:
Use the AmIRC of Vapors website. (some of the programs were corrupted in the
first batch of NC3 cds)
OR
Get the latest vapor_toolkit.library (there were some problems with the
version that came with pre4 of V3, also on the NC3 cd)
