yeah DCC SEND "En la cama de Pino2.jpg" 3266525422 2762 144178 is wrong.
The person who's sending you the file is using a client with a stuffed DCC
SEND

it shouldnt put quotation marks in the filename, but since there is spaces
in the filename, the sending client has put them in instead of underscores,
and AmIRC thinks it is a DCC flood attack and therefore puts the other
client on ignore.
And I'm sure AmIRC is correct and follows rfc1459, as it id the superior IRC
client :)
