Well, write "/dcc send <nick> hd0:amirc/amirc" or something...
And if you remove dcc you can use ftp, telnet+zmodem and so on...
Best choice is to have demo-version from ftp.vapor.com so it's meanningless
to copy the file. Or have a local network and chat with your pal 2 computer
away :-)
