Hy there.

As I said in an earlier posting, I'm waiting for my registration
keywords to come through. Does anyone know why it's going to take up
to 4 weeks for me to get them? Most things paid by credit card seem to
be sanctioned within a day these days, so 4 weeks for an e-message
seems unbelieveable.

Anyway, to the main thrust of my letter. I am using Microdot II
along with the rest of the excellent netconnect 2 package from Active
and upgrading to AmIRC 3 is the first upgrade I have done since I
bought that particular package. I guess that I'm usually a bit scared
to bugger about with add ons and I find that a philosophy of "If it
ain't broke, don't fix it" is often a lot better for me in the long
run. However, I really fancied messing with the colours in AmIRC 3.
Thats why I installed it. So, now I have a bug with Microdot II which
I wonder if anyone else has suffered with. It's not a bug that I can't
get around, but it is annoying. It's in the "New Message" page that
I'm writing this letter on. For a start, when I scroll up or down, I
get the bottom or top couple of pixles from the line either above or
below the message window. I also find that the curser point on the
arrow isn't what highlites when I click on a letter. What happens is
that it will highlite about 5 pixles higher.

When I used to use the new message window before installing
AmIRC 3, I could click on the scroll bar at the right and it would
leave what was the last line at the bottom in the window, or, vice
versa, it would leave what was the top line if I clicked to go above
it. As well as that, the scrolling arrows below the right hand
scroll bar now refuse to work.

Obviously, these problems may not be caused by me installing the
demo of AmIRC 3, but if it isn't the case, then it's quite a
coincidence because I certainly never had any problems before I
installed it.

   Thank you for your time.

              Ewan.
