Two things I'd love to see in AmIRC are a 'tile window' option (I've tried
windowtiler commodities but they don't work as well as I'd like) or perhaps
even an arexx script, and an option to have the channels window (the little
window listing all the channels) always on top.
Oh and the channel list window could work better - how come the listed channels
appear in both the active channel window and the channel list window. Just in
the channel list window would be much better. And it seems to re-read the list
every time you search for channels - surely the list can be downloaded once
(with a time limit obviously, maybe of a day or something) and then when you
search it just searches the list already downloaded. This is one of the few
things that (urgh) mIRC has over AmIRC.
