Eric an ultimatum to be legally valid must be delivered and
acknowledged. You are also rendering yourself liable to libel
proceedings by insinuating that Vapor/Morden operate fraudulently.
But anyhow, are you sure you want to start the new year off on such a
note? Why not ask on list what is going on and embaress them:)
Either way I do hope you get your money back or a keyfile without
needing to take matters further. Law suits suck!
