Maybe I can explain the situation easier about not interupting a sound
playing by giving an example:
Start playing a wav in amirc then immediately after that start another wav,
you will hear both wavs at the same time, this is what I'm trying to avoid.
I want the first wav to continue playing without having the second wav
playing.
