IIRC, AmIRC uses for each channel the settings that were active
whenever that window were opened. Closing and re-opening a
query/channel window should also work, as the newly opened window
should use the new settings.
This is a minor bug, but most annoying when you've been on a channel
for several days, then click on activate logging, and it starts
logging to a file having the date of the day you joined the channel in
the first place, not the current date. :)
