K-Line is a server ban, but only local to the server you have been K-Lined
on.
A G-Line is a global ban meaning if you get G-Lined, you are banned from
every server on the IRC Network.
Sometimes a server will K-Line a whole ISP due to flooders or spammers, or
even a whole country due to constant abuse or if a server only wants
connects from certain countries. If you are K-Lined from a server on
Efnet, Undernet, Dalnet etc.. just try a different server on that network.
