Um, quotes should only be used when there are spaces in filenames... afair
you shouldn't ever need to use 'em when this isn't the case.
I tried "/dcc send Tipsy Sounds:nuns!.wav" and "/dcc send Tipsy
"Sounds:nuns!.wav",
the first working straight away and the second giving a requester, as you
say.
However, the second didn't cause me any problems at all; I just clicked
Cancel and it worked fine.
