Greets.

Upon connecting to any DALnet server you will see the following notice:

*** Notice -- This server runs an open proxy/wingate detection monitor.
*** Notice -- If you see a port 1080 or port 23 connection from <some host>
*** Notice -- please disregard it, as it is the detector in action.
*** Notice -- For more information please see <some URL>

Proxies by default runs on port 1080, and wingate proxy's by default run on
port 23.
Cant remember the URL right now but look at the notice when you connect to
the server and take a peek at that URL.
