Hello to all,
I'm new on this Mailing-List and quite new on IRC.
I began with the free BlackIRC about 4 months ago and now I use AmIRC for
about 2 months and the last four weeks with the Kuang¹¹ extension.
Overall I'm quite satisfied with AmIRC but I have a few questions.
- Is it possible to have DCC resume a file automaticaly?
I know you can do it by hand, but it would be fine to have it check
original filesize and actual filesize and resume if the file has
the same original size.
- I'm using TeaBot in another AmIRC. The Bot is quite nice but lacks some
features. I tried to contact the author, but got no reply. The mail didn't
bounce either. So does anyone here know him?
- The fileserver AmServ works great together with the Bot. It has a nice
advertising feature. Sometimes on the channel you can see PC-User
showing their system data. Is there any script for our lovely machine?
A static alias does the same, but a script would be much nicer.
