Just another cheezy solid state car amp with a couple of tubes in the front end. The website provided no real technical data to convince me otherwise, anyway. Here's a 'real' tube type car amp, (which yours truly has built). transformer coupled in and out, separate dynamotor for each channel's B+, 6146 outputs.. The solid state is where it belongs - out of sight under the chassis, in the bias and heater supplies. Nothing like the subtle sound of the winding up of the dynamotors, emanating from the trunk. http://www.montagar.com/~patj/tubeart.htm
