Jim, I think I told you last year, IF you will use an FTP Client. Such "CUTEFTP", "BULLETPROOF FTP" I've never had a problem downloading any manual I wanted. When you are trying to use a BROWSER , you are dealing with all the GRAPHIC stuff rather than just the document. Do you have an FTP Client?
