If so, it's really high quality stamping.  But it doesn't look like 
silk-screening either, since there isn't any sign of raised lettering details 
like one would expect from a screen process.

No sign on Howard's web site about this, either.

I really don't care about the method; I just need a quick 'n' clean way to to 
re-letter the panels that doesn't require a lot of one-time effort (read: silk 
screen) or spending days with my Leroy and a Rapidograph filled with white 
paint.
