Hi Folks...

Back in the 70's I use to log hundreds of the stations every month...  the 
information was published in a small mag called 'The ACE'...  Lani Petit was 
the editor that dealt with the 'spooks' as we called them...  I remember 
hearing 'Papa November' (a German station) as far back as the 60's...
