Looks homemade to me. See the extra holes in the chassis and the transformer mounted skewed.

It is set-up for 75M and 40M.. Pair of 813's... Everything checks good on it, it’s a nice amp.. You can get it off my damn shelf for $75..." I couldn't reach for my wallet fast enough... Now the fun part begins... Can anyone ID it, or maybe point to a handbook that is may have come out of so I can get a schematic??
