No. The guy who moved to Texas was WD8LEU. He is no longer licensed. He
was busted in TX for using a 3CX1000 driven by an L4B. He has since
moved back to WV.

Eventually more of them got citations, and one of their ringleaders
moved to Texas, so the original group split up. Some of them are
probably SK now. Some of the activity on '92 is a remnant of that group.
