After reading all these posts I suppose that the single 803 in a 100W MO circuit, TBW-5 CAY-52238 350-1000Kc, would be a good candidate if xtal controlled. It's a classic piece.
High Power on those low FRQ's would shure start the bed springs and Electric Stove talking!.
