The only way to get any satisfaction out of UPS is to file a claim against them in small claims court. With the proper photos and testimony via a notarized letter from the seller that the item was 100% when it was shipped, you will win a judgement nearly every time. Their whole idea is to make trying to collect from them so much trouble that the average individual will eventually just eat his loss and go away. A letter from the court gets their attention.
