The only problem I see with 20M is if the BIG BOYS gang up on you.

There is nothing fundamental about 20M requiring high power like there is with 
75M.

It's just the ANTI-AM attitude.

  Just like any other mode, it depends (band conditions, QRM, QRN, etc.)  I use 
my DX-60 barefoot on a compromise antenna and have made a lot of successful 
contacts on 75 and 40m AM.  Can't say about 20m....
