FIRST MEETING OF THE
2011 WORLD RADIOCOMMUNICATION CONFERENCE
ADVISORY COMMITTEE

The first meeting of the Advisory Committee for the 2011 World 
Radiocommunication
Conference (WRC-11 Advisory Committee) will be held on January 13, 2009; 
from 11:00 am. to
12:00 noon in the Commission Meeting Room (TW-C305), 445 12th Street, S.W., 
Washington,
D.C.  A draft agenda of the meeting is attached.
The WRC-11 Advisory Committee's objective is to provide the FCC with advice, 
technical
support and recommended proposals for the WRC-11. At its initial meeting, 
the WRC-11
Advisory Committee will consider formation of its Informal Working Groups 
(IWGs),
assignment of WRC-11 agenda items to the IWGs, scheduling and other 
organizational matters.
This meeting is open to the public.  The WRC-11 Advisory Committee will be 
co-chaired by
Thomas J. Navin and R. Paul Margie.
