Well, besides being cute and clean, it is a homebrew transmitter. Look at the meter faces, different brands and styles. I would like to see the inside picture. The single insulated terminal suggests a long wire Marconi type antenna. Good luck. Pictures inside bottom and top would reveal a lot on the vintage it was built in. My guess is late 40 to 50's. IMHO
