Hello Ib,
The Controllers team of Sumba announced another test today. Involving South
Africa in the first phase. And the second part of testing the satellite will be
activated on the Antarctic Circle and disabled in South Africa. Interestingly,
or there are several controllers or the controllers have the ability to program
the Sumba to activate at certain times.
