Mike, listen to it carefully, the switch picks a relay, do you hear the relay click? no ? clean the switch and look and the soldering/wiring to the switch, yes ?you do hear the click then its from the relay to the back, look closely at the relay contacts to the pc board and the wiring. Sometimes its very hard to see a cracked solder joint you might just want to resolder the contacts on the relay and see if you problem goes away. Kevin wa6fwf

I have tried swapping the AZ/EL cables around and no difference. It has to be a controller issue I think. Any ideas before I box it up and ship it to Yaesu to check?
