I agree 100% with the support I have received from Erich. He worked with me on repeated email until I was able to get SatPC32 working.

I don't know if other's asked for it as well but some while back I asked him about the absence of a countdown timer for AOS/LOS and within days he sent me a version of the program that included it. It has now been incorporated as a regular feature for quite sometime and I use it all the time. I've also been impressed with the quick responses I've gotten to any questions I've had.
