As in any volunteer organization, criticism accomplishes practically nothing towards forward progress. Anytime you feel compelled to "criticize" consider replacing that effort with "contribution". Contribution and moving forward is what makes volunteer organizations work, criticism, and kibitzing and grumbling is what retards them.
