I will be taking a one day trip up the coast a bit to CM94. This is the grid that contains Vandenberg AFB which launches its fair share of satellites (unfortunately, I will not be operating from the base) and I've been told it is a bit of a rare grid these days. If you are looking for this grid, below are the passes I plan to operate. These will mostly be pretty high passes for me which is good as I will be using a handheld Arrow antenna. I wish there were a lower elevation pass of AO-07 in the east or even better, an easterly pass of HO-68 in FM mode but these are not in the cards. If there is enough demand, I can work on activating this grid again in the future. Here are the passes I plan to work: Day Object AOS(U) LOS maxEl Az 14.07.2010 AO-27 21:02 21:17 52 153 - 353 15.07.2010 AO-51 0:02 0:15 48 152 - 354 15.07.2010 AO-07 1:20 1:41 65 151 - 348 15.07.2010 FO-29 1:57 2:15 80 014 - 192 15.07.2010 AO-07 3:14 3:34 23 202 - 330 15.07.2010 VO-52 3:51 4:03 31 143 - 359 73, David K6CDW _______________________________________________ Sent via amsat...@amsat.org.
