I have looked at eham etc and it seems to be a single vfo with channel watch on both V and U; I'm not sure if a carrier on the uhf downlink would just switch the vfo to uhf listen and transmit, ie you could never tx on V if the carrier is on U... can someone confirm that it works/does not work with an Arrow, please?
