The crew is still working on the cooling problem, so the radio has  
been off a lot for EVAs.  I believe it's on again now, but don't know  
what the status was during the pass you mention.  In any case, you  
wouldn't have heard anything because you were on the wrong frequency  
-- the radio is in packet mode and the downlink for that is 145.825.

ISS Fan Club (http://www.issfanclub.com) is a good place to track  
status of the ISS radios.
