Hello Howard,
open menu "Satellites" in the SatPC32 main window. In the foot line of the 
menu you will see the path to the sub folder "Kepler" which contains the 
Keps files.

In the FAQs file (http://www.dk1tb.de/FAQ_e.htm, fig. 1a)  you will find a 
detailed description and a step-by-step tutorial by Wayne Estes, W9AE, about 
how to add data for a new satellite to the program.
