Sorry, couldn't resist, though I should have. The earlier deployment was scrubbed in favor of an ad hoc test, with deployment scheduled for an EVA in July. The reasons/logic for all this are somewhat convoluted and was covered in a detailed ANS release. As of now, and depending on what is decided about the recent test, it should go in July.
