Hee Hee... ! I love it.. It's not just ham plates but any of those personalized or "special" plates that cause confusion.
I have run lots of plates that came back invalid, and by doing as you say, putting in spaces, or trying a different category of plate, etc. they will come back OK. Also, you might have commercial plates with ham call on them. Now, what do they do? Run it as a "Auto", or "commercial" ? Try both! What usually brings the coppers on in force is when you run a plate and it comes back valid but to another car.. Definitely something strange going on there! Watch your back~! 73, John, K6YK On Mon, 27 Jun 2011 22:05:18 -0700 Clint Bradford <clintbradf...@mac.com> writes: > If you are a ham with personalized license plates (probably in ANY > state of the US, but > particularly in CA), then you might want to check this Web page out > ... > > And if you just find me otherwise irritating, you'll love to see > seven police units respond > to my traffic stop today ...
