The press-service of Russian Federal Space Agency and the PMU show no 
"problems" with ARISSat-1-Kedr, and for 
July 28 -

Operations and experiments on the International Space Station July 28, 2011
28 July, the Russian segment of International Space Station is planned to 
continue work on preparations for the release 
of the crew into space, including the installation of attachments on their 
spacesuits, lighting and video cameras, the 
preparation of a microsatellite "Cedar", as well as the installation of 
mechanisms to connect the ships "Progress M-10M" 
and "Progress M-11M," Control mikroekosfery habitat and maintenance of coolant.
