On my web page i put the last TLM screen "ARRISat-1 TLM 08/16/2011 0041 to 0051UTC" counter has resetted but batteries are still at 35V but instead of charging they are "discharging" and for how long they will keep their charge in full sun and in High Power???
Anyone can give me the mass area and initial launch altitude of ARRISat-1?
