The NASA Flight Opportunities Program is offering hosted flights aboard high 
altitude balloon platforms to test new space technology in a relevant, 
space-like environment.  If you are developing an innovative Cubesat system 
that could benefit from a demonstration at 30 km (98,000 ft) altitude, this may 
be an opportunity to receive a NASA-hosted balloon-borne test flight.  For more
