I am hearing a similar transmission on both 40m and 30m
at the right times, but it doesn't sound like cw.
Is this the transmission? (wmv)

From their twitter page: https://twitter.com/#!/PBHVI
PBH-18 temporarily lost GPS lock resulting in a change in the status
timing.
Currently 30m is at 00, 20 and 40 and
40m should be 10, 30, 50
Even though that was 20 hours ago, they haven't updated it since.
