Maybe there is a problem. The last keps from ARRL and ORB were defective
with some missing names and line feeds.

Subject: [amsat-bb] Celestrack site not up?

Anybody know if the Keps site has moved, or is simply (and temporarily)
down? Gpredict isn't updating it's keps, and I figured out that
www.celestrak.com isn't responding to a ping.
