Ted, Are you using SATPC32ISS? The rig is not capable of operating full duplex on the same band, so if you want to work the ISS on those frequencies, you need to use the special version. The SATPC32ISS does tune both the uplink and downlink, but not as full duplex. More like a standard repeater.
