There's a lot of sites out there listing the original 145.825 frequency for the ISS APRS frequency, but if you look closely at the spot reports at http://www.issfanclub.com/packet-reports you'll quickly notice that it's operating on 437.550 UHF at the moment. As it says at http://www.ariss-eu.org/frequencies.htm

** The amateur radio station located in the Columbus module is currently operational with the UHF Ericsson transceiver and packet system using the frequency of 437.550 MHz.
