It covers issues such as the proposed use of the Amateur-satellite Service 
Primary allocation 77.5-78.0 GHz for automotive applications. 

Agenda Item 1.18 proposes considering a Primary allocation to the radiolocation 
service for automotive applications at 77.5-78.0 GHz in accordance with 
Resolution 654 (WRC-12).

Additionally the shortage of Amateur-satellite Service spectrum at VHF/UHF is 
covered.
