Jim, In the past I have used MixW, which emulates a KISS TNC out a serial port, which can then be piped via real or virtual ports to the software. Worked fine at both 1200 and 9600 baud. I think there is a 15 or 30 day free trial. AGWPE has also been reported to work, though I have not tried it. Unfortunately my current wonder-rig does not currently allow 9600 baud, though they are going to have that capability Real Soon Now.
