If the sky is clear, the launch is supposed to be visible along the
Northeast Coast.  From Washington, DC, azimuth is 140 degrees, elevation
about 10 degrees.  NASA TV will cover the launch, and it will also be
streamed on the NASA web site www.nasa.gov/orbital
