Field Day is June 22-33 this year. See: http://www.arrl.org/field-day
I know one year I heard some voice activity during FD. If there is no voice 
activity, then perhaps we can use it to make a packet contact.


The Motorola Solutions Amateur Radio club will be operating K9MOT from EN52. 
Let's see what the ISS will do once we get closer to Field Day.
