Some good news. The South African Radio League said the following in this 
afternoons News broadcast: 

"The launch from Yasny Launch Base in Russia will be streamed live on the CPUT 
website."

So I guess, check the CPUT website which used to be at http://www.cput.ac.za/ 
although I can't access it at the present time.
