first, Lee, this is a great idea!
About the default image, I would suggest you put something else.. it's a
nice image, but can I have instead a weird msn-ish face ? maybe a kind of
huge ugly smiley :D
hehe... anyways, I'll try to find a picture of myself.. crop it probably
and send... I hope I find one that looks "not-bad"...
About Karol's idea, I think it's a good one but not an important one, so
you should put "effort" into it only if it doesn't involve any effort
actually... if you'll have to work at least a few hours on this, then
forget it... maybe just giving us the path to the images (like, replace
your picture by overwriting the
/home/groups/a/am/amsn/htdocs/dev_pics/kakaroto for example... where the
"kakaroto" file would be a symlink to a png or gif or jpg file in our home
directory... (this way we don't need an extension to the file and we can
still symlink it to any file type.. this "symlink feature" is of course
optional..just an idea)) I think that would be enough...

How about having the possibility of the amsn dev to change the photo
himself
in the site? I guess you already have accounts for the devs for like news
posting, so why not have another options of uploading the picture?
