Well, when I think "Properties", I don't automatically think "viewing
display picture", but it's better than right clicking on the user in the
cl...you only want the most important actions on the right click menu
for a user....
Perhaps it would be better to have a listbox in the display pic browser
with all the user's names in, labelled "Show only [listbox] 's display
pictures"
To extend this feature, it would be nice to have the user's dp in
chatlogs... so you can see when they changed their pic at what time etc.

Yeah, I've been wanting that feature too!
So I think it's a perfect idea for 0.95.1.
I think it should be on the Properties window of a contact. The DP
is shown
there already. A 'Show all display pictures of this contact' link
could be
positioned next to it. And by clicking it, you will then get the
picturebrowser with that contact's DPs.
