Yeah, I think it should be 'now', I still would want to wait until either
MONDAY, or WEDNESDAY! just to make sure everything is there and I've put
everything that I had in my followup and make sure that the language
maintainers flushed everything that was queued for the language files...
I will also wait for these things to finish, while I'm making sure the
packages I'm now responsible of (bitrock installer for windows + linux
+ autopackage + debian) work correctly...

I know you didn't said it :P But I just want to make my point, if you
want to tag 0.95-1 (something witch I won't disagree), we have to do it
now (at least after fixing the bug with the reflector, if you wanted to
<<<fix>>> it) and not in one week. At least I supose it should be faster
to recreate the packages because you (you and other packagers) you had a
"practice" one week ago :P

haha, I never said "Do it, you, the one who is releasing", it's just
"this has to be done", when we read it, we'll write to the language
managers and tell them "don't forget, we need this to be done before
..."

Yeah but we need the lang managers to do it, you can't really do it
unless you: already subscribed to amsn-lang-commit list, you know what
are the lang files that are not commited, verify the encoding, verify
other stuff..That's why a normal developer can't do it unless he
really knows what he's doing

nahhh, it's ok, no other way to put it, it's ok, and yes, it's good
to mention it, and you have your point, I just added in the 'release
todo list' wiki page, an entry to remind us of processing all queued
languages before tagging the release, that would make us not forget
it next time.
thx,

I agree that calling it critical would be exaggerating the thing,
but I just
thought it should be mentioned. But maybe I should have put it
another way.

Yeah, too bad, but Jerome, don't be so harsh.. he's not a user
asking n00b
questions :)
What Jerome wanted to say is that we aren't perfect unfortunatly,
we do
what we can and we asked for everyone to do their jobs, no one
mentionned
lang files.. too bad, but as Jerome says, there's the auto-updater,
so
it's not a CRITICAL issue...
