Hey guys,
we CAN sue him.. I mean, we already talked about that with Ole Andre,
because even if he obfuscates code, it doesn't mean we can't do anything..
if we sue him, the government or whatever will force him to reveal the
code (to government agents only) in order to compare the two products..
obfuscating the code doesn't mean anything in these kind of things.. we
can't sue him saying "we reverse-engineered his code and it's the same as
ours..."...
but what we ended up discussing with Ole is that this guy is just a poor
guy, out of pity, we should just let him get even more miserable in his
life and leave him without any moral/ethics, he won't go far anyways...
let's have pity of this poor soul...
